Together with SWEA (Swedish Women's Educational Association), KSA organized 2022 Cooking Class to make Kimchi and Pajeon (welsh-onion pancake). About 20 people including Daniel Wolven and Shampa Bari (Swedish ambassador couple) started with getting advice on preparing raw materials and mixing Kimchi vegetables with seasonings. Just looking at the pancake with various toppings was enough to arouse our appetite. All the enjoyable work was finished with eating together what we made over small talks on some Korean culture. The memory of making Kimch and the fresh taste will be reminded at home because all families could bring their shares of Kimch home.
