The KSA Logo represents two countries cooperating with each other.  The dark blue and red colors signify 'YING' and 'YANG' concepts as in the National Flag of Korea while the blue sky and yellow colors embody Scandinavia Cross from Swedish Flag. 

The combination of four-colored rods is created to show the image personification in a way that the people of two countries embrace each other for friendship, cooperation with harmony.
